My comment for this is a romance scam. This letter shows how sketchy it is to get to know someone you haven't met in person and try to get to know you without knowing who you are dealing with. This is what these scammers do try to get you to hook up by gaining your trust, then take advantage of you by getting your personal and banking information which is a digital robbery. This is a scam.
